Towing operator on the phone beside a parked flatbed rollback at dusk

How much does a tow cost in Corpus Christi?

How much does a tow cost in Corpus Christi?

Quick Tow is a referral line at (361) 967-8088. This site publishes a light-duty hookup from $125 for the first five miles, with about $3 to $5 per mile after that. Flatbed advertising starts at that same $125 and then prices up by vehicle size. Those figures are advertising, not a guaranteed total. Heavy-duty, motorcycle, RV, and long-distance jobs are quoted by the independent operator before work.

Do you charge extra at night, weekends, or holidays?

The referral line takes calls 24/7. This site publishes an after-hours advertising surcharge of $25 to $50 between 10 PM and 6 AM. Ask the independent operator taking the job to confirm the total before work.

What payment methods do you accept?

You hire and pay the independent operator directly. Quick Tow does not collect the fare and does not publish a network payment list. The operator tells you what they accept before work starts.

Do you work with insurance or motor clubs?

Call your insurance or motor club first if you have coverage. They may send their own contractor. If you call this referral line instead, you pay the independent operator unless your coverage pays that operator directly. Confirm the quote before work. This site does not promise a posted flat rate as the bill.

How fast can you get to me?

How fast can you get to me?

Arrival time depends on where you are and which independent operator accepts the job. Corpus Christi and the Southside are usually a shorter run than rural towns on US-77. Ask that operator for their estimate. Quick Tow does not guarantee an ETA.

What areas do you cover?

The referral line takes Coastal Bend calls, including Corpus Christi, Padre Island, and towns along US-77. An independent operator confirms whether they can take your pickup, including NAS or down-island runs. Same-day arrival is not a promise.

Do you respond to freeways and highways?

Independent operators can take consent tows you request on SPID (SH-358), I-37, US-181 Harbor Bridge, US-77, SH-44, and SH-286 when they have the equipment and a legal place to work. Quick Tow does not own trucks. If an officer is directing the tow, follow that officer.

What if I break down on Padre Island or out in the rural corridor?

Call (361) 967-8088 with a pin-drop or mile marker. An independent operator who accepts a Padre Island, Flour Bluff, Robstown, Kingsville, or US-77 ranch job quotes time and equipment. Rural and island runs often take longer. There is no 45-to-90-minute guarantee.

Which tow truck does my car need?

Flatbed or wheel-lift - which does my car need?

Follow the owner's manual for your year and model. Many AWD, 4WD, and EV manuals call for all wheels off the ground. That is not a Quick Tow no-exceptions rule. Lowered or damaged cars often need a different method too. Tell the operator year, make, and model. They say what truck they can send.

Can you tow my Tesla or EV?

An independent operator can take an EV job when they have suitable equipment. Check the manual for Transport Mode and towing instructions. Quick Tow does not own a fleet and does not claim regular Tesla volume or special workarounds.

Do you tow motorcycles and RVs?

Some independent operators have low-deck flatbeds or heavy equipment. Quick Tow does not own wreckers. Ask what they can send before they roll. Motorcycle advertising on this site starts at $99. The operator quotes the actual job.

Can you do long-distance tows out of Corpus Christi?

Independent operators quote common routes such as San Antonio, Houston, the Rio Grande Valley, Victoria, Laredo, and Austin. Get the quote before work. Same-day pickup is not guaranteed.

Do you offer roadside help besides towing?

Can you jump-start my car?

Ask the independent operator if they can jump this vehicle. Not every truck carries a jump pack. This site publishes roadside calls from $75 as advertising. The operator quotes before work. A jump does not promise you will drive away after a set idle time.

Will you change a flat tire for me?

Ask whether the operator can mount your spare. They need a safe place to work. Shoulder tire work on a freeway may not be possible. Published roadside advertising starts at $75. The operator quotes the job.

Do you deliver fuel?

This site publishes fuel delivery from $75 plus the cost of the fuel. An independent operator confirms gallons, fuel type, and payment. There is no advertised two-gallon minimum on this ledger.

Can you unlock my car?

Ask the operator. This site publishes lockouts at $65 to $95 as advertising. Some newer cars need a locksmith or dealer. The operator tells you what they can try before they start.

Will my insurance cover the tow after an accident?

Will my insurance cover the tow after an accident?

Coverage depends on your policy. Call your insurer. The independent operator who does the work issues their invoice. Quick Tow is a referral line and does not bill insurance as the towing company.

Do you coordinate with Texas DPS and local police?

If law enforcement is on scene, follow the officer on removal and destination. Quick Tow is not claiming a DPS highway rotation slot. For a consent tow you are allowed to choose, call (361) 967-8088 and an independent operator tells you if they can take it.

Can you tow a vehicle to a specific body shop?

Tell the independent operator the shop, dealer, or storage address. They confirm they will take it there and quote that destination. Quick Tow does not run the truck.

How does private property and HOA towing work?

Can my HOA or apartment get a private-property agreement?

This number is a consent-tow referral line. Quick Tow does not sign Occupations Code Chapter 2308 property contracts, patrol lots, or store cars. A property that wants nonconsent towing hires a licensed towing company. For a tow you request yourself, call (361) 967-8088.

What do I do if my car was towed from private property?

Use the notice on the lot. Occupations Code Chapter 2308 covers nonconsent tows. Quick Tow does not operate a storage yard. If the city impounded the car, CCPD's Vehicle Impound Lot is at 5485 Greenwood Dr, (361) 857-1996. A private-property tow goes to the towing company's yard, not the city lot.
