What we collect
When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to book service.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, match it to a local towing operator, and send any follow-up related to the job. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where needed to complete the job (for example, the towing operator sent to your location).
Calls to our phone line
Our line takes calls 24 hours a day. If your call goes to voicemail, a recorded notice plays first, and the message you leave is recorded and transcribed so we can return it. Recordings and transcripts are held by our telephone provider and are used only to respond to your request and to keep a record of it. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up when the notice plays and email us at dispatch@quicktowcorpus.com instead.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful to visitors. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, including _ga and _ga_<id>, used to tell repeat visits apart and measure how the site is used. These cookies last up to two years. Google processes this data on our behalf. We have enabled Google Consent Mode, so analytics stays off until you opt in. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not sell it.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics runs only with your consent.
You can opt out of analytics in three ways: click Decline on the cookie banner, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer to re-open the banner and withdraw consent at any time, or enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a decline automatically and never load analytics.
To exercise any of these rights, email dispatch@quicktowcorpus.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
